Pilates Reclaimed is a comprehensive, in-person training designed to build confident, thoughtful movers and instructors with a strong foundation in anatomy, cueing, and inclusive movement. Over four weekends, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of how bodies move, how to communicate movement effectively, and how to approach floor-based Pilates in a way that is accessible, challenging, and intentional.
This training blends structured workshop learning with real-world application. You’ll spend weekends learning together in person, complete homework between modules to reinforce concepts, and attend classes on your own time to deepen your awareness — both as a participant and, if applicable, as a future instructor. Expect to move, reflect, practice, and connect the dots.

• A mix of workshops, guided discussion, embodied practice, guest speakers and practice teaching
• Homework and self-directed class attendance between weekends
Attendance & Certification:
To earn your Hustle ’n Flow Pilates Training certificate, full attendance at all training weekends is required.If a session is missed, a private make-up class must be booked at an additional hourly rate in order to complete certification requirements.
